The Gulf Coast Jazz Quartet specializes in top-quality jazz that fits within your budget for weddings, cocktail receptions, holiday parties, fundraisers, corporate events, concerts, art exhibits, dining clubs, brunches, open-air markets and more. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, we perform throughout the Gulf Coast region, including St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Sarasota, Orlando and surrounding areas.

Comprised of guitar (Douglas Lichterman), keyboards (Dan O’Hara), drums (Frank Abrami) and electric bass (Phil Traynor), we delight guests and audience members with unique arrangements of classic jazz standards and jazz arrangements of popular songs. In addition, we play ceremony music and can create special arrangements of your favorite tunes for any occasion.

Jazz Performance/Rock Performance Combo

You don’t have to hire two bands to get a full evening of entertainment anymore! The Gulf Coast Jazz Quartet offers a combination of jazz sets for your cocktail reception and dinner, then high-energy rock ‘n roll sets for when the party heats up later. For the rock ‘n roll sets, we’ve teamed up with Steve Arvey, a popular, internationally-known singer, guitarist and recording artist, to deliver smokin’ renditions of rock favorites.
